Giving Tuesday comes after Black Friday and Cyber Monday – a global celebration that marks the start of the giving season. Giving Tuesday is an opportunity for Canadians to give back by supporting their favorite charities.
This year we are delighted to announce that IGA Stores of BC are once again generously matching all donations (up to a total of $7,500) made on Tuesday 27th, Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th.
Giving Tuesday marks the start of our annual giving campaign – The magic of reading. The Francis Family Foundation will match all gifts given from now until 31st December 2018 (up to a total of $15,000) which means that gifts made on Giving Tuesday will be TRIPLED.
